Event Photography

I have been doing volunteer event photography for Kick It for a Cause (a charity kickball tournament) ever since I got my first DSLR camera in high school. Since then, I have been doing shoots for other kinds of events both as a volunteer and as a freelancer. When shooting events, I believe it's vital to not only capture the action, but the downtime where human connection occurs as well. Putting a spotlight on those tiny moments is important to me.
